Vintage Italian onyx marble and brass revolving music box holder marked “SAM Scandicci Firenze Italy.” Features creamy marble with dramatic gray veining, ornate brass detailing, and a hidden revolving interior lined in red velvet. Music box is in working condition and the center compartment opens to reveal small holders for lipstick, pens, cigarettes, or vanity accessories.
