Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Austin, Texas within 2–4 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the item description.

We offer flat-rate domestic shipping within the United States:

• Standard shipping — $15 (small to medium items)

• Large item shipping — $30 (oversized, fragile, or heavy pieces such as framed artwork, stoneware, or large ceramics)

Shipping timeframes typically range from 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.

All antique and vintage items are packed with care using protective materials appropriate for fragile objects. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, additional packing time may occasionally be required.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist.
