Refund policy

All items sold by The Vintage Sides are vintage or antique and are offered as-is. Signs of wear, patina, and variation are expected and are considered part of the character of these pieces.

Please review item descriptions, measurements, and photographs carefully prior to purchase. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described. In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue so we can assist you.

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage in transit or a listing error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

For oversized, fragile, or heavy items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
